If the LED colour on the heat indicator bar is blue and the heat setting LEDs are turned off, then your dryer has the lock-in cold shot activated. To deactivate, press the cold shot button

The micro-conditioners are stored inside the dryer. Triggered by the temperature shift of the heated air, they are picked up within the air stream and distributed onto the hair, forming a protective layer against humidity and other environmental elements that can lead to frizz throughout the day.

Yes, to maintain peak product performance and to prolong motor life, it is important to regularly remove any dust and dirt build-up from the air inlet. To clean, remove the removable air filter and wipe the inner mesh with a soft brush or dry cloth. Do not attempt to remove the inner mesh underneath the removable air filter as it is permanently attached to the hairdryer.
This indicates that the Internal Cleaning Cycle is due to help keep the motor operating smoothly.
After 800 minutes of use, when you switch on your hairdryer, the heat and speed setting displays will flash 10 times. Press and hold the speed 
and heat buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. This will activate the Internal Cleaning Cycle.
During the Internal Cleaning Cycle, the motor will operate in the reverse direction for 10 seconds and blow air out of the air filter to clean the internal parts of the dryer. If the Internal Cleaning Cycle is not completed, the cleaning reminder will activate again the next time you switch on your hair dryer.
